Stations in The Sugar Cane Factory was generally divided by :
I.Emplacement.
The Main function:
1. As the place of consideration and acceptance of sugar cane before sugar cane was processed further to the following station.
2. As the place accommodated sugar cane/sugar cane supplies before being rolled, contained sugar cane to the lorry.
3. As the place to lure sugar cane (Cane Unloading) to the mill station.
II.Boiler Station
The Main Function: produced Steam as the power and vapour of the machines and syply the need of the processing
III.Electrical Power House
The centre of the generator of the electricity power that was used to supply the electric current to equipment that used the electricity motor and information of all the stations in the Factory, also for housing and the public of the Employee's service. The Sugar Cane Factory needed the electricity power in accordance with the Factory capacity and the use for information and the service house of the factory environment. Apart from the period rolled the Factory used the
generator diesel as the generator of the electricity power and in the period rolled used turbine vapour as the generator of the electricity power.
IV.Mill Station
The main function : Take the juice from cane and produce baggase for Boiler, so as sugar cane palm juice could be squeezed optimally, with the process as follows
V.Purifying Station
The Main function: purified raw palm juice/dirty palm juice became clear palm juice/watery palm juice with the process
VI.Evaporator Station
The Main function : Evaporing water that was contained in watery palm juice until being gotten thick palm juice with % brix minimal 60 with the evaporation system multiple effect could quadruple (4 evaporation times) or Quintiple (5 evaporation time)
VII.Crystalisator Station
The Main function: processed thick palm juice that had brix > 60 – 65, HK > 80, the low viscosity and the colour 5000 – 6000 iu became cooking/cuite characteristically level crystal, brix appropriate, the Percentage (%) high cooking crystal, not viscous.
VIII.Centrifugal Station
The Main function: analysed results of cooking that take the form of cuite or magma with stroop him with help of washing water and new vapour 3 kg/cm² then produced white crystal sugar
(GKP/SHS).

X.Waste Handling Unit
Respectively the stations had the function and the task personally, as well as was one connected unity mutually so as to have to be understood and understood by various operational aspects of the sugar cane factory, including the control and the supervision of his process. The control and the supervision of the good process will produce:

• Result of the product that was optimal with the quality that met standard.
